(At the moonpool during the half-moon medicine cat gathering, the medicine cat gives ceremony)
[Medicine Cat]:"(Apprentice's Name), is it your wish to enter the mysteries of a medicine cat?"
[Apprentice]:"It is."
[Medicine Cat]:"Then come forward. Warriors of StarClan, I present to you this apprentice. She/he has chosen the path of a medicine cat. Grant her/him your wisdom and insight, so that she/he may understand your ways and heal his/her Clan in accordance with your will. Now, crouch down and touch the moonpool."
*Apprentice obeys, and has her/his own dreams with StarClan.*
B. - Medicine Cat Ceremony:
(At the moonpool during the half-moon medicine cat gathering, the medicine cat gives ceremony)
[Medicine Cat]:"I, (Medicine Cat), medicine cat of (Clan), call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this apprentice. She/he has trained hard to understand the way of a medicine cat, and with your help, she/he will serve her Clan for many moons. (Medicine Cat Apprentice), do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between Clan and Clan, and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your life?"
[Medicine Cat Apprentice]:"I do."
[Medicine Cat]: "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your true medicine cat name. (Medicine Cat Apprentice), from this moment on, you shall be known as (Medicine Cat Name). You have proved to be a true medicine cat (list of achievements+why they are being given name)
*All medicine cats call new name.*
